the location was fantastic. i found the breakfast to be wonderful. i enjoyed the access i had to the executive lounge. the view from my room was a lovely surprise (especially at night).
the room service menu was a bit limited, but plenty of good restaurants are located nearby.

the location is excellent with easy access to many attractions, including the star ferry and k11 musea. taxis were always available outside the hotel, 24/7. it's very convenient for exploring.

i was given a nice corner room with a bit of extra space. the bathroom was large. i found the water pressure in the shower to be strong, which i appreciated.

the location IS prime I could easily reach many attractions. the room size was generous it felt very spacious. the cleanliness was great i noticed a high standard throughout my stay.
the breakfast service lacked attentiveness nobody offered tea or coffee. vegetarian options were limited I ended up eating the same dishes daily. the staff was not very friendly during breakfast I felt unnoticed.

Our Club InterContinental Victoria Harbour King Room provided fabulous views. I liked the location, near the Tsim Sha Tsui area and about a 5-minute walk to the MTR station. Breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes and cocktails were served in the Club Intercontinental lounge. (It had a separate check-in area.)
The breakfast staff was not very attentive, and I was not offered tea or coffee.

The front desk staff was very helpful and quickly completed the check-in. Staff displayed professional product knowledge and were able to fulfill requests efficiently. The concierge service was very helpful and knowledgeable. (I appreciated the assistance.)
